Job Description

Ganz, a leader in the gift industry, is seeking a motivated, self starter to generate appointments for our sales team!  The appointment setter is responsible for generating appointments by contacting current customers with recent buying history.  This is a part time position with fluctuating hours.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate high quality decision making, keen problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Fluent spoken-English language skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write clear and legible memos, notes, and compose appropriate business emails.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced skills with Salesforce.
  • Organizational skills required with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently
  • Have the ability to handle shifting priorities
  • Personal initiative is also necessary
